Obvious signs of rodent burrowing with gravel and stones building up in a sewer or manhole. In this instance the rats had foind a soft piece of cement beside a pipe and burrowed up through an adjacent wall into the attic.pieces of insulation can be seen in the gravel.Broken glass should be mixed with rapid curing cement when re-filling the burrow holes to prevent re-visits.

The tenant upstairs in this property in North Strand was oblivious to the fact that every time they flushed their loo it was dissappearing from their view but was re-surfacing up through the toilet downstairs.
